STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
Initial Consultation - $450
Start your project with clarity and direction. Our consultations are designed to refine your vision, set realistic goals, and map out the next steps - so you can move forward with your design choices in confidence.
Each consultation is completely customised to suit your needs and your home perfectly.
Selection Services
At Gigi Interior, we take the stress out of choosing finishes and fixtures. From tiles and PC items to joinery and lighting, every product is carefully sourced for its balance of quality, design, and cost. We collaborate with trusted suppliers to ensure reliable warranties, long-lasting performance, and cohesive, timeless results that fit your vision and budget.
Custom Joinery
Tailored for clients ready to bring their spaces to life with bespoke cabinetry and detailing. We refine layouts, finishes, and functionality to ensure each joinery element feels purposeful and beautifully executed.
Full Proposal
Our most comprehensive design package for new builds and large-scale renovations. From initial concept through to selections and schedules, every detail covered.
Kitchen and Bathroom
Specialised design packages for the hardest-working spaces in your home. We create beautiful, functional kitchens and bathrooms tailored to your lifestyle, comes complete with drawings, selections, and detailed joinery design.
Architectural package - POA
A complete architectural design service in collaboration with a local architect. From DA/CDC documentation to finishes schedules and renders, we manage the entire process - ensuring your home is designed and built smart.
All proposals are customisable and can be scaled based on your unique project needs.
STEP 2:
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & DOCUMENTATION
Once we’re officially engaged, we begin the creative process. You’ll receive a tailored design package that may include:

Floor plans, elevations & 3D visuals

Fixture and finish schedules

Joinery drawings

Custom material, colour & product selections

Supplier & trade recommendations
STEP 3:
COORDINATION & EXECUTION
We don’t just design - we oversee the details. From obtaining approvals to liaising with builders, trades, and consultants, we coordinate your project to ensure it stays on track. This includes:

CDC or DA management

Engaging consultants (engineers, surveyors, etc.)

Budget and timeline tracking

Site visits & quality control

Procurement & delivery scheduling

Contractor/vendor communication
Our hourly fee is $250, applicable to coordination, project admin, and consultation services outside of the design scope.
STEP 4:
INSTALLATION & STYLING
The final stage is all about bringing your vision to life. We’ll oversee furniture installation, accessory styling, and those finishing touches that elevate your home and make it feel complete. Once everything is in place, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
