In collaboration with a local architect, we manage every stage, from early planning and documentation to final approvals, ensuring your design is not only beautiful, but practical and buildable.

Too often, clients are handed architectural plans that simply don’t match what’s financially achievable. INCLUSIONS

  • Pre-DA/CDC applications

  • Detailed architectural plans including external renders

  • Interior detailing — joinery drawings & wet area renders

  • Internal & external finishes schedule

  • Coordination of required consultants

  • 6 site visits throughout design and documentation

  • Completion of DA/CDC documentation package

  • Submission to the Principal Certifying Authority (Council/PCA)

  • Drafting amendments and re-submissions where required​

Pricing may vary for homes with basement carparks, granny flats, or pools. Detailed landscaping plans can be added if required. Consultant fees such as Town Planner reports, Heritage/Environmental Impact Statements, BASIX, BAL, and Waste Management Plans are not included. Additional project management services are available.
